Sybase has an established community in the PowerDesigner forum found at .

My intent is to enhance that community not hinder or replace it.

Ideas I have for community:

    Wiki environment for development of PowerDesigner content.  A wiki allows many individuals to participate in the generation of a document.  Registered users would be allowed to make changes to documents, and as a group we generate enhanced content.

    Forums to allow discussion of PowerDesigner issues.  I know that the Sybase supported newsgroup is fairly active and I have no intention of diminishing that effort.  But Joomla supports it, so I could enable this functionality.

    An alternative environment for file sharing.  Again, CodeXchange is currently an option, but requires approval and I am not sure how long it will be around.

    The PowerDesignerPlus blog will be my platform to discuss current issues and reflect on the life of a PowerDesigner consultant.  The blog will allow for comments from anyone.  Please let me know your thoughts.
